Mr. Varma is a civil engineer with immense knowledge and experience, making him a renowned name in the construction industry. He is extremely proficient in adding new dimensions to the Art of Construction, be it constructing individual dream homes or independent villas and even apartment complexes.

Today, DeFINER has redefined the benchmark in affordable housing (less than Rs. 20 lakhs) by providing top of the line specifications and amenities that are usually found only in High-end apartment projects costing twice as much. Our major projects were 'Definer Residency', near Bommanahalli and 'Definer Serene Drive – I'. The list expands now to 'Serene Drive - II' between ITPL & Hoskote and 'Definer Pearls' in Electronic city.
