The contract price shall be confirmed when the Allotment Letter is issued. Definer Ventures (Construction Divn.), reserves the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit monies paid if the amounts are not paid as per the terms of booking. Incase the applicant desires to withdraw the booking, a token amount of Rs.20,000/- would be withheld as cancellation fee. All refunds if any, will be made without interest by local cheque only. Acceptance of requests, if any, for transfer of booking from block to block, or project to project is at the discretion of Definer Ventures ( Construction Divn.), If accepted by .Definer Ventures ( Construction Divn.), the transfer fee would be Rs.5,000/-. Service charges and all other expenses including external infrastructure expenses like electricity, water and sanitary, cable, telephone, internet connection will be met by the allottee. Statutory expenses like stamp duty and registration charges and legal/incidental expenses for registering the property and additional stamp duty, if demanded by the special Dy.Commissioner. Undervaluation of stamps will have to be borne by the allottee. Sales tax on works contract and any other Governmental levies, applicable during the contract period shall be met by the allottee. Delivery date indicated is subject to 'Force Majeure' clause. Every effort will be made to obtain general electrical, sanitary and water connections within the stipulated delivery date. However, no responsibility is accepted for any delay beyond the control of the Developer in obtaining the services. Any expenses incurred in providing temporary supplies for the occupation of the premises shall be met by the allottee. Dimensions and details provided in the accompanying literature/web site/ brochure are approximate and are subject to alteration without notice. Changes in standard specifications by the customer are generally not acceptable as changes adversely affect the completion schedule of the project. All payments should be made by way of account payee Demand Draft/ local cheque to Definer Ventures (Construction Divn.) A/c no 1595 Canara Bank Yediyur Branch., payable at Bangalore. This booking is subject to acceptance by Definer Ventures (Construction Divn.), in writing. Receipt passed for earnest money is tentative. The booking is subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
